You may request a return if:

- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
- The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging

- Products that have been installed, tested, or used
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

- Once approved, send the item back to our address. Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless itβs our error.
- After inspection, you may choose:
- A replacement, or
- A store credit (valid for future purchases)
β We do not offer cash refunds at this time.

- Returns must be shipped within 3 days after approval
- All returns are subject to inspection

β Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations are only allowed before the item has been shipped out.
- Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may still be eligible for return (refer to Return Policy above).
